Wednesday night: today was a long day - it rained hard this morning. We set roofing trusses all morning, headed back to the church for lunch and dry clothes and grabbed some power naps before heading back out. We worked all afternoon in a drizzle but still accomplished much.

WLOX-TV came out to the jobsite this morning and did an interview about the log cabin. You can see the interview below:

Or view it at at WLOX.com (Video Link). They did a great job of presenting an overview of the project.

Tonight Teresa taught us about the value of having the right roof over our heads and choosing to trust God as our protector (Psalms 91). We also spent time praying for Gulfhaven Church and Relevant Ministries, asking God to renew their hearts and give them strength to continue rebuilding the Gulf Coast region spirituallly. Please keep these leaders in your prayers.

Tomorrow is supposed to be warm and sunny - we are planning to finish the porches, complete the gable ends and if all goes well, will start roofing. We are so thankful for your prayers, support and love. It has made a huge difference and we feel the impact of your love and support.

Please keep praying for safety, clear weather and wisdom!
