Leadership

We believe the church is to be led by leaders who are led and driven by the Word of God and the Holy Spirit.  We believe God has anointed the leadership of Crosswinds with a God-given vision for a healthy church body.  We believe that God has called and empowered those leaders to lead the body towards that vision.  This vision includes that the church is to be led by a plurality of leaders, who are led and driven by the Word of God, the Holy Spirit and by relationship.  This is not a congregationally led body.  We believe this leadership team carries the responsibility to relationally lead, shepherd and shape this body ultimately answerable to God for their care of His congregation.

Leadership Council

The Leadership Council is made up of individuals who use their spiritual maturity, vision, values and leadership gifts to work together to shape the direction and culture of the body of Crosswinds Community Church. The Leadership Council leads, directs, and shapes the body through: Servant Leadership, Honesty and Integrity, Accountability, Prayer, Encouraging the body; the Spirit's and the Word's direction.
